Pumphouse exercise classes will motivate you, build your body, and produce fantastic results. Full-length mirrors surround you to assist in keeping you in proper form. We offer workouts for everybody, beginners to the hard core.

 

Silver & Fit Excel (45 minutes): Silver & Fit Excel is for very active older adults who regularly exercise three or more days per week is designed to increase the Participant's flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance.

“BOOM” Silver Sneakers (45 Minutes): Fitness for Boomers and Beyond. Classes are designed for all abilities and our community is active, welcoming and fun. This fitness program is the nation's leading exercise program designed exclusively for medicare eligible members and offers an innovative blend of physical activity, healthy lifestyle and socially oriented programming that allows older adults to take greater control of their health.

H.I.I.T Training (30 minutes): This program is a High-intensity interval training
(H.I.I.T) describes any workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and
fixed periods of less intense activity. Our H.I.I.T Programs consist of high intensity
cardio intervals with strength training intervals in-between that are performed at a less
intense level. Get your daily fitness HIIT with our signature class mainly using bodyweight, exercises and cardio, this class is a total body workout. Encouraged to push each move to your maximum effort, you should feel completely wiped at the end of this class.

Challenge Classes (30 minutes): A muscle toning and fat burning program that is switched up each week so your body doesn't hit a plateau. This class is a total body strength training, with cardio, using dumbbells and bodyweight. Each participant works at their own station and at their own pace.

TRX (60 minutes): TRX is a Total Resistance exercise workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. TRX Training draws on leading-edge research and best practices from the military and pro sports.

Yoga (60 minutes): Yoga is a form of exercise that strengthens your entire body improves your flexibility, develops balance, improves circulation and reduces stress, it is an excellent complement to any athletic sport, helping prevent injuries and establish greater stability and range of motion. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. Calm your mind, improve your concentration, steady your emotions and open your heart to feel more alive. Everyone can practice yoga, regardless of age, experience, or level of flexibility, anyone can benefit.
