All of the classes listed below are FREE to gym members

Held in our hardwood floor training classroom, our exercise classes will motivate you, build your body, and produce fantastic results. Full-length mirrors surround you to assist in keeping you in proper form. We offer workouts for everybody, beginners to the hard core.

The Biggest Challenge is an intense, 30-minute workout combining all kinds of training including weight loss, muscle toning and lots of cardio.
